Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using meraGEO ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

meraGEO provides AI visibility scanning and reporting. Free scans analyze how your brand appears across AI language models. Paid fix reports provide actionable recommendations to improve your AI visibility. Reports are generated using automated analysis and are provided as-is.

3. Payments and Refunds

Fix reports are a one-time purchase of $19 USD per domain. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Because each report is bespoke digital content generated and delivered to you immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable.

EU/UK customers: by purchasing a fix report, you expressly request that the report be generated and supplied to you immediately upon purchase, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal (including the 14-day cooling-off period under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations) once generation of the report begins. If you experience a technical issue that prevents report delivery, contact us and we will re-generate your report or make it right.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, submitting domains you do not own or have authorization to scan, or attempting to reverse-engineer the scoring methodology for competitive purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated reports are licensed to you for your internal business use. The underlying algorithms, scoring models, and Service design remain the intellectual property of meraGEO.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. meraGEO does not guarantee specific improvements to your AI visibility. Scan results and recommendations reflect point-in-time analysis and may change as AI models update their training data and behavior. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
